Director, Investor Bridge & Construction Lending

We are seeking an experienced residential transition lending professional to lead the growth of a national construction and fix-and-flip lending channel. In this role, you will serve as a key technical and business development resource, helping sales teams identify opportunities, structure competitive financing solutions, and increase funded loan production. You will collaborate with account executives, brokers, correspondent lenders, builders, real estate investors, and lending partners to support transactions from initial evaluation through funding. Your expertise in residential bridge lending, ground-up construction, and fix-and-flip financing will help improve loan quality, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in strengthening industry relationships, expanding product adoption, and developing sales capabilities across a nationwide network.
