Director, Performance and Growth Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Performance and Growth Marketing to lead demand generation, paid media, marketing automation, and revenue-focused growth initiatives within an innovative K–12 education technology organization. In this role, you will own the marketing funnel from initial engagement through qualified lead generation and sales handoff, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business impact. You will oversee paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, attribution, and performance reporting while optimizing investment across channels and market segments. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and IT, you will build scalable systems that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline. You will also champion AI-powered workflows and automation to streamline campaign execution, strengthen analytics, and reduce manual processes.
