At Broccolini, the Director of Process & Manufacturing will lead the full lifecycle of complex industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects, from early design collaboration and constructability planning through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. The mandate goes beyond traditional delivery: facilities must be fully operational and ready for production or service on completion.
Projects typically include advanced manufacturing facilities, process plants, clean rooms, energy and utility infrastructure, equipment-intensive installations with international OEM suppliers, and public or government-funded infrastructure.

- Preconstruction: Lead constructability reviews and technical planning. Guide execution approach, phasing, logistics, cost planning, scheduling, and risk identification.
- Project delivery: Lead large-scale capital projects (typically $150M+) from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, meeting expectations for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
- Procurement and equipment integration: Oversee procurement of major equipment and long-lead items, align it with site readiness and installation sequencing, and coordinate with international OEM vendors and specialized consultants.
- Commissioning and operational readiness: Integrate commissioning into schedules, oversee system validation and turnover, and work with client production teams to prepare for ramp-up.
- Financial and risk accountability: Own project P&L, cost forecasting and cost-to-complete, contingency, change management, and contract administration. Manage risk proactively and report transparently to executive leadership.
- Safety leadership: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in environments with complex mechanical systems, heavy utilities, and equipment installations.
- Leadership and talent development: Mentor project teams, build internal expertise in industrial delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
