Iacofano's Catering & Events is opening a new production kitchen in Denver at 2171 S Grape St, and we are hiring Dishwashers. We cook for private aviation, corporate and event clients in a high-volume kitchen that runs 24/7. The dishwasher will ensure that wares for the kitchen are clean and sanitized.

Shifts: we run 24/7. Shifts start as early as 3:30 AM, with afternoon and overnight shifts available. Weekends and holidays are required. Full-time and part-time positions.
What you will do:
- Washing of all wares including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items by hand or with dishwasher
- Correctly placing and storing items in home locations
- Clean trash receptacles
- Help clean facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and any other tasks
- Help put deliveries away
- May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
- Ensures work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Able to follow directions and kitchen systems consistently
- Able to remain focused in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively with kitchen staff
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Reliable and on time
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift, carry and place up to 50 lbs
- Able to bend, stoop and wipe frequently
- Able to frequently immerse hands in water
- Able to work in a hot and damp environment
- Able to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred, not required:
- Dishwashing, kitchen, catering or food production experience
