Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Price Protection: Assist in preparing and sending unpublished prices to distributors. Learn how to set up Price Protection pauses to place claims on hold. Support the analysis of price protection claims by validating quantities and prices. Assist in issuing credit and debit notes for approved amounts and learn how to perform clearing activities by matching financial documents with open items
- Stock Return: Support the review of stock return requests by checking product eligibility, returned quantities, and pricing information. Assist in processing credit notes for approved returns and learn how to clear related open items
- Invoice Correction: Assist in the correction of billing discrepancies by supporting the issuance of credit and debit notes for validated cases
- Internal Controls: Support the execution of internal control activities in line with established procedures and deadlines. Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining supporting documentation and evidence
- EOL/NPI Returns: Learn and support the analysis of End-of-Life (EOL) and New Product Introduction (NPI) return requests by validating product eligibility, quantities, timing, and pricing. Assist in issuing credit notes for approved returns and in clearing the related open items
- Projects and Continuous Improvement: Possibility of driving automation and process improvement initiatives within the Controlling team. Contribute to identifying opportunities for increased efficiency in daily operations
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent fields
- Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office tools, such as Excel. SAP would be an advantage
- Interests: Interest and/or experience in emerging tools, automation, and optimization of digital processes
- Working style: Proactive with a sense of urgency and attention to detail always. Team player mindset, but the ability to work independently
- Stakeholder Management: Experience with stakeholder management is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
