We are looking for a Paint Shop Operator to join our team at Bobcat!

As a Paint Shop Operator at Bobcat, you will do the following:

- Hang and remove parts designated for the painting process or powder blasting preparation

- Perform visual inspections of parts before and after painting

- Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety regulations

- Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Carry out manual operations on the paint shop production line

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:

- Stable work history

- Minimum 1 year expirience in paint shop environment

- Responsible approach to work, attention to detail, and reliability

- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Desire to learn new processes and develop new skills
