Job Description:

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Confirms patient identification and understanding of procedure prior to starting.

- Performs thorough and accurate routine and emergency EKGs as ordered by physicians.

- Presents all STAT EKGs to RN immediately after completion.

- Responds immediately to ‘Code Blue’ as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Organizational

- Grammar/Spelling

Education:

- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

- Previous patient care and basic clerical experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

- Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) [Required]
