About the Position
The BIM Specialist at Power Design is a team player who collaborates with Virtual Design Managers and other members of the pre-construction team to create innovative, detailed, installation construction plans for large-scale projects.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to produce accurate and cost-effective electrical coordination plans in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Communicate and collaborate with Virtual Design Managers and team members to create high-quality drawings that meet project standards, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare external documents for electrical projects.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- A design and draft modeling individual who takes the time to do things right and focuses on what’s important in an ever-changing environment.
- At least two years of BIM modeling experience working with software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADMEP, as well as 3D modeling experience is preferred but not required.
- A perfectionist who is obsessed with quality and has general electrical knowledge.
- Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English, as this role requires communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Having a US Visa is required as there will be travel to the U.S. for onboarding, training, and team building.
