Email Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist based in Mexico.

In this client-facing role, you will develop and optimize email marketing strategies for luxury e-commerce brands across fashion, beauty, skincare, and wellness.
You will combine hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, strategic campaign planning, and client relationship management to drive engagement, conversions, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Working closely with account managers, designers, and marketing leadership, you will guide creative direction and ensure campaigns reflect each brand’s identity and business objectives.
You will analyze campaign performance, transform data into actionable recommendations, and continuously improve automated flows and customer segmentation.
The role also involves coordinating multiple accounts, managing project timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality across every campaign.
