Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Solution Leadership: Own the enterprise data foundations strategy by defining the architecture, standards, semantic and knowledge layers, and roadmap for governed data assets that support enterprise BI, analytics, automation, and AI use cases.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business, analytics, and platform stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions and align foundational capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Delivery Planning: Translate business and platform needs into scalable data architecture approaches, implementation plans, and well-scoped work that enables effective team execution across data foundations initiatives.

- Establish trusted data foundations through governance, lineage, master data management, data quality, stewardship, and access practices that improve consistency, traceability, and confidence in enterprise.
- Standards and Reusable Patterns: Set engineering standards for modern data delivery including modeling conventions, schema evolution, CI/CD practices, documentation expectations, and reusable patterns that improve maintainability and speed.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, supporting prioritization, delivery execution, issue resolution, and ongoing growth.
- Hands-On Engineering: Contribute directly to design review, code review, and resolution of complex engineering issues to help ensure solution quality, reliability, and production readiness.
