We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI infrastructure platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business. - Partner with product management, security, and engineering teams across Databricks to integrate identity solutions into the platform.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices for identity and access management.
- Manage technical debt and balance long-term architectural decisions with product roadmap priorities.
What We Look For

- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience building and leading teams responsible for security-critical infrastructure, including identity, authentication, or access control systems.
- Ability to attract, hire, and develop engineers who meet high technical standards, with a track record of growing senior talent and coaching team members.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience ensuring high service quality, reliability, and performance in production environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, security teams, and engineering leadership to define and execute technical strategy.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
