Entry-Level HVAC Technician

Have you recently graduated from HVAC school and are ready to put your education to work? Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in residential HVAC!

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company. You'll start in our warehouse while training alongside our experienced HVAC technicians, gaining hands-on knowledge and working your way up to becoming a fully trained HVAC Service Technician.

Our goal is to help you build a successful career with an average annual earning potential of $98K as an HVAC Service Technician!
No previous residential HVAC service experience required. We're looking for recent HVAC school graduates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

- Begin in our warehouse, learning HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and inventory.

- Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to develop your technical knowledge.

- Assist with preparing equipment, materials, and supplies for field technicians.

- Gain hands-on exposure to residential HVAC systems and service procedures.

- Continue developing your skills as you work toward transitioning into an HVAC Service Technician role.
Who We're Looking For:

- Recent HVAC school graduate or completion of an HVAC training program.

- Interest in pursuing a career in residential HVAC service.

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles.

- EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

- Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements.

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

- No prior residential HVAC experience required! We're willing to invest in the right person who is motivated to learn and grow.
