Executive Director, Payer & Corporate Accounts

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Market Access leader to oversee payer and corporate account strategies across a diverse biopharmaceutical portfolio focused on rare diseases. In this executive role, you will lead high-performing teams responsible for engaging national and regional payers, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and hospital systems. You will establish a unified approach to contracting, account management, and customer engagement to help improve access to innovative therapies for patients and healthcare providers. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and other cross-functional partners, you will influence access decisions and translate market insights into actionable business strategies. This opportunity combines executive leadership, strategic relationship building, and commercial impact in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
