Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Gadsden.
This is a full-time outpatient PMHNP opportunity offering a Monday–Friday clinic schedule, collaborative physician support, and a strong work-life balance within a clinician-led psychiatry practice. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama and an active DEA license.

PMHNP Position Highlights

- Full-time outpatient psychiatry position

- Call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month

PMHNP Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits

- Provide medication management and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care

- Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans

- Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment in an outpatient setting

- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams

- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

- Participate in scheduled evening and weekend call rotation

Requirements

-  Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

- Minimum of 1 year PMHNP experience in Alabama required
