Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Adobe, Block, Etsy, Justworks, and Teach for America, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We are seeking a reliable and observant Facility Access Coordinator to join our team at our Fresno facility. This is an unarmed, plain-clothes position focused primarily on facility access control, monitoring, and supporting Revivn's workplace access policies. The Facility Access Coordinator is not a licensed or registered security officer and does not carry any weapon of any kind. The role involves observing and reporting concerns, rather than performing security enforcement.
The Facility Access Coordinator will monitor designated facility entrances and exits, support employee screening procedures, document security-related activity, and escalate concerns to appropriate Revivn management or emergency services when necessary.
This full-time role is based on-site at our Fresno facility, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse premises
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity without physical intervention, detention, or use of force
- Provide assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors as needed
- Report any hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management
- Work closely with management and external authorities when necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience in security, access control, risk mitigation, or a related field preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and appropriately escalate issues to management
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful during difficult or stressful interactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing assigned duties. This typically involves walking or standing for up to 20 hours a week, up to 40 hours
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and professional workplace
