Family Law Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Family Law Paralegal based remotely in Canada.

The Family Law Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and litigation support to a U.S. law firm handling divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, and related family law matters. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, manage case files, coordinate proceedings, and ensure critical deadlines are met. You will also organize financial records, support discovery processes, and prepare materials for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Direct communication with clients and legal stakeholders will be an important part of your responsibilities. Success in this position requires strong legal drafting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
