Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leads and operational teams, you'll help ensure the right work is delivered at the right time and that change activity remains aligned to strategic objectives, operational priorities and available capacity.
Day to day you'll:

- Coordinate portfolio capacity planning, workforce forecasting and resource allocation.
- Lead portfolio governance, reporting cycles and executive updates.
- Maintain oversight of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and delivery achievements across the portfolio.
- Produce portfolio dashboards, management information and executive insight to support decision-making.
- Support senior leadership forums through high-quality governance packs, reporting and decision tracking.
- Manage portfolio financials, benefits tracking and realised value reporting.
- Maintain governance standards, delivery frameworks, templates and controls that support a transparent and audit-ready environment.
- Facilitate prioritisation discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and appropriate challenge.
- Support continuous improvement of portfolio management, governance and planning approaches across the function.
