JOB SUMMARY
• 负责新项目冲压制程和模具的研发，从优化产品设计、冲压模具设计开发到实现量产的全过程；
• 负责整理责任产品及模具的所有资料；
• 配合PDE、组装和注塑team改进冲压产品开发；
• 参与冲压创新工艺和流程的讨论和开发；
• 管理供应商，确保供应商的模具设计、试产和量产符合TE标准；
• 通过数据分析，指导模具维修和优化模具结构；
岗位职责与任职要求
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• 中专及以上学历，机械工程相关专业，特别优秀可放宽；
• 5年以上精密端子冲压模具设计经验，8年以上连接器冲压模具相关工作经验；
• 熟练掌握CAD绘图软件，会使用一种3D绘图软件；
• 逻辑思维清晰；
• 沟通能力较强；
• 良好的团队合作；
• 有一定的英语读写能力以及简单的英语口语表达能力；
• 接受全球出差，出差比例：国内20%，国外5%；
