The FP&A Manager will support the Marine business by leading financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting. The role will partner closely with Finance, underwriting leadership, and other stakeholders to translate business strategy and underwriting assumptions into actionable financial plans.
The manager will provide insight into premium, profitability, expenses, headcount, and other key business drivers while helping ensure Marine's plans align with company-wide FP&A requirements.
