Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
- Strip, wax, buff, and polish hard surface floors.
- Clean and maintain carpets using extraction and shampooing equipment.
- Operate floor care machines such as burnishers, buffers, and auto scrubbers.
- Remove stains, scuff marks, and spills from flooring surfaces.
- Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Inspect floors for damage and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Support general housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of floor maintenance techniques and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
