Full-Time Janitor/Cleaner (Evenings)

Full-Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL (near Wells Corners areas)
Evening Hours, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week

The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

- Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested

- Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner

- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

- Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
Compensation & Hours:

- B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $17.50/hour.

- Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12:30am
