What You'll Do:
- Perform interior and exterior residential painting
- Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, etc.)
- Deliver clean, high-quality finishes on every job
- Work independently and as part of a team on job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and crew members
Who We're Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of residential painting experience
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Takes pride in workmanship and final results
- Comfortable working in homes and interacting with clients
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Able to work independently when needed
