DO YOU WORK IN A DIESEL SHOP
LOOKING FOR A CHANGE?
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT!
TECHS / FOREMEN / SERVICE ADVISORS / PARTS PROS / SHOP MANAGERS
SAME INDUSTRY. NEW CAREER .
You already know the shop. Find where you fit at Fullbay.
Fullbay makes cloud-based shop management software for heavy-duty repair shops. The people who build, sell, teach, and support it do their best work when they have lived what our customers live: the bay, the service counter, the parts window, the work order that got lost. If you work in a heavy-duty repair shop and want a change, there is a place here for what you know.
BENEFITS .
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with employee-only premiums fully paid by Fullbay, plus HSA and FSA options, 401(k), self-managed PTO, paid parental leave, and more!
FIND YOUR FIT .
Pick the description that sounds most like you. Every role lists its pay range, so you know what to expect before you apply.
You can talk to anyone, explain things plainly, and earn trust fast.
Account Executive | [Phoenix, AZ, on-site]
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 Base + Commissions!
Talk with shop owners and managers, find out what is slowing their shop down, and show them how Fullbay fixes it.
You enjoy teaching newer techs and helping people get better at the job.
Training / Customer Success | [ Remote]
Pay: Varies
Working in Client Services means being the person shops turn to when they want to get it right, whether that’s training their team during onboarding, solving problems as they come up, or coaching them toward better results over time. If you’ve ever enjoyed showing a newer tech the ropes, you’ll feel right at home.
WHAT EVERY ROLE NEEDS .
- Hands-on experience in a diesel or heavy-duty repair shop: technician, lead tech, foreman, service advisor, parts counter, shop manager, or fleet maintenance.
- Clear communication, on the phone and in writing.
- Comfort learning new software, and a willingness to be coached.
We will train you on the rest. Your shop knowledge is the part we cannot teach, and you already have it.
HOW TO APPLY .
Click Apply and tell us what kinds of roles you are looking for. Not sure which one fits? Apply anyway and tell us about your shop experience. If you know the shop, we want to talk.
