Business Function

SME Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of SME banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist team leader and relationship manager to handle:

- To timely and accurately handle customer phone-in inquiries

- To timely and properly handle customers’ complaints

- To timely and accurately refer all SME banking business to RMs and relevant units

- To assist improvement in customer satisfactory score

To timely and accurately support RMs in daily operation activities including:

- New Account Onboarding

- Account Maintenance

- Keeping track of the CDD review progress and document delivery

- Handling of daily TOD report

- Handling of daily Time Deposit report

- AOS input

- Obtaining company search/ land search/ CCRA/ TU report/verbal valuation report

- Assist RM to complete the credit proposal, including OSCA, e-form, ORCR etc....

- Conduct the preliminary checking on documentation uploaded in system prior to submitting to Credit Division

- Filling & photocopying of documents

- Collecting of Ad-Hoc fees

- other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager

Requirements:

- Preferably Degree holder with major in Finance / Business

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in SME Banking with good credit sense.

- Computer literacy

- Fluent English and Mandarin speaking
