The GH/ABC team at Fidelity ensures compliance with laws and regulations, protecting the company's integrity and fostering trust with clients and stakeholders.
About your role
Our team provides interpretation, guidance and oversight on the GH/ABC Policy across the Group, helping the business apply requirements consistently and appropriately across different jurisdictions, business units and stakeholder scenarios. Our commitment to anti-bribery and corruption supports compliance with applicable laws and regulations, protects Fidelity’s reputation and reinforces trust with clients, regulators and stakeholders. In this role, you will provide experienced oversight across the GH/ABC policy, advisory, systems and reporting programme. You will be expected to review and enhance policies and procedures, identify trends and emerging risks, understand the interaction of complex global regulatory requirements, provide accurate and timely advice on GH/ABC matters, support training and communications, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, maintain effective gifts and hospitality recording arrangements, and produce clear, accurate and insightful reporting for management.
About you
The key criteria for the role of GH/ABC Senior Manager include;
- Experienced GH/ABC judgement : Approximately 10–15 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in compliance, financial crime, legal, regulatory risk or a related control function, with strong judgement in complex gifts and hospitality and anti-bribery and corruption matters.
- Global regulatory awareness : Ability to understand, interpret and apply complex GH/ABC regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including how local rules, global standards, internal policies and business practices interact.
- Policy review and enhancement : Experience reviewing, drafting and enhancing policies, procedures, standards and guidance so they remain practical, proportionate, globally consistent and aligned to legal, regulatory and business expectations.
- Advisory excellence : Ability to provide accurate, timely, risk-based and commercially aware advice on gifts and hospitality, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts, reputational risk and related conduct issues, including in ambiguous or judgement-based scenarios.
- Trend analysis, reporting and escalation : Strong analytical capability to identify themes, trends, outliers, emerging risks, breaches and control issues from GH/ABC activity and translate these into clear, accurate and insightful reporting that explains the “so what” for senior management.
- Systems oversight and MI : Experience maintaining or overseeing a gifts and hospitality recording system, including data quality, workflow effectiveness, control operation, user experience, management information, dashboards, reporting outputs and issue escalation.
- Senior stakeholder engagement and training : Ability to build trusted global relationships, advise and challenge senior stakeholders, deliver effective training and communications, and explain complex GH/ABC requirements in a clear, pragmatic and business-focused way while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
