Job Title: Greeter    Reports To: Taproom Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt    Pay Range: $16/hour

Job Summary:
A Greeter at Meier’s Creek Brewing Company is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for all guests. This position and all others at Meiers Creek require team work and the best efforts put forward daily.

This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours per week. Weekends (Sat/Sun) are required; weekday evening availability is preferred.

Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greeting and welcoming guests
· Managing the waitlist and seating guests in an organized and timely manner
· Communicating with servers, bartenders and managers to maintain smooth guest flow
· Maintaining greeter stand, menus and front entrance area is a clean and organized manner
· Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs in a friendly manner
· Processing Meier’s Creek merchandise and retail beer sales
· Supporting the team during busy shifts and contributing to a positive guest experience

Physical Requirements:
