We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Grounds Operator I to join our Grounds team! The Grounds Operator I will assist with the daily care and maintenance of Quail West’s beautifully maintained grounds and landscaping, helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.

- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM (plus one weekend per month)
- Pay rate: $18/hour

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment such as push mowers, riding mowers, line trimmers, stick edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Maintain landscaped areas to ensure a clean, attractive, and well-kept appearance throughout the property.
- Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Participate in departmental training to ensure consistent grounds maintenance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Grounds team to complete daily assignments efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience operating landscaping or grounds maintenance equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic.
- Willingness to participate in training and follow established policies and procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
