You will be the key link between local Content Managers, the Website Product team, Group Marketing Manager and the head of international brand management, translating business needs into clear frameworks, processes and best practices. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in accelerating time-to-market, improving content quality and enabling a best-in-class digital customer experience across multiple markets.

- Act as the bridge between local market requirements and central platform development.
Brand & Content Governance
- Partner with the head of international brand management and the international marketing manager to ensure content across all markets aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Promote consistency in customer experience, messaging and content presentation across digital touchpoints.
- Translate brand and campaign requirements into practical content standards and publishing guidelines.

- Own and maintain comprehensive documentation covering CMS usage, content standards, website components and content publishing processes.
- Support the setup of new shops by providing guidance, documentation and proven implementation frameworks.
- Identify recurring challenges, inefficiencies and gaps in existing capabilities and proactively recommend improvements.
- Drive continuous optimization of content operations, reducing complexity and accelerating time-to-market across markets.
