- Ganzheitliche Finance-Perspektive: In unserem rund 20-monatigen Programm gewinnst Du umfassende Einblicke in die Finanzwelt der Rhenus Gruppe. Durch Stationen in Group Finance und operativen Divisionen lernst Du unterschiedliche Finance-Funktionen aus erster Hand kennen.

- Verantwortung statt Beobachterrolle: Du arbeitest an realen Fragestellungen, unterstützt Projekte und übernimmst früh eigene Verantwortungsbereiche.

- Internationale Erfahrung: Optional bietet Dir eine Station im Ausland zusätzliche Perspektiven auf internationale Finanzstrukturen.

- Persönliche Weiterentwicklung: Regelmäßige Feedback- und Entwicklungsdialoge, Mentoring sowie zielgerichtete Trainings begleiten Deinen Lernweg.

- Netzwerkaufbau über Funktionen hinweg: Du arbeitest mit Finance-Experten sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichsten Geschäftsbereichen zusammen.

- Standortübergreifendes Programm: Mögliche Stationen befinden sich unter anderem in Hilden oder Holzwickede. Gleichzeitig ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich, auch andere relevante Rhenus Standorte im In- und Ausland kennenzulernen.

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finanzumfeld.

- Analytische Denkweise und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.

- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.

- Hohe Mobilität und Flexibilität.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

- Initial practical experience in a finance-related environment.

- Strong analytical mindset and interest in business and financial topics.

- High flexibility and mobility.
