Grove Hotel - Banquet Server I

As a Banquet Server at the Grove Hotel, you will help bring events to life by providing excellent food and beverage service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and serve guests during meetings, banquets, and special events.

- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.

- Deliver food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency.

- Replenish beverages and clear plates as needed throughout the event.

- Verify guest identification before serving alcoholic beverages.

- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during and after events.

- Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.

- Reset banquet space to pre-event condition after service.

- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth, high-quality event execution.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years of age (must be 19+ to serve alcohol).

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to carry trays and serve with proper technique.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.

- Open availability is a plus.

- AM and PM shifts available!

- Will work around your schedule.
Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
