POSITION SUMMARY

Through a proactive and engaging approach, our Guest Experience Agent manages guest requests, provides relevant information and assistance, resolves concerns and works closely with other departments to ensure outstanding service and memorable stays - Whatever Whenever.
The Guest Experience Agent takes the initiative whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests or completing reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least one year of experience in hospitality industry.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
