This is more than a traditional clerical position. You'll be an important part of our healthcare team, helping coordinate information, manage central supply, support nursing staff, and contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and families.
What You'll Do
- Keep nursing units organized by maintaining resident records, filing systems, documentation, and important forms.

- Assist nursing leadership with staff schedules, shift coverage, and daily administrative needs.
- Monitor, order, and organize nursing supplies and equipment to ensure staff have what they need.
- Help maintain accurate monthly inventory records and resident billing information.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside providers.
- Provide occasional hands-on resident care assistance as a CNA when needed.
What We're Looking For

- A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to support a busy healthcare team.
- Current Illinois CNA certification required
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
