Operario civil de mantenimiento
Su principal responsabilidad será ejecutar trabajos en todos los rubros, buscando optimizar la conservación del edificio, la prolongación de su vida útil y la reducción de costos de mantenimiento.
Requisitos
✔ T é cnico Electromec á nico / Electr ó nico.
✔ Conocimiento en refrigeraci ó n.
✔ Experiencia en instalaciones el é ctricas, soldaduras, instalaci ó n de equipos, ca ñ er í as de cobre, presi ó n y cargas de gas.
✔ Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de edificios inteligentes.
✔ Conocimientos de normas t é cnicas de seguridad en el trabajo.
✔ Disponibilidad horaria full time.
