About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads and manages all HR functions in compliance with government regulations, Hilton standards, and hotel policies. Partnering closely with the Director of Human Resources and hotel leadership, this role supports business objectives through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

The position oversees daily HR operations, ensuring efficient HR processes and effective use of Hilton systems. It is also responsible for administering Compensation & Benefits programs in line with company standards and local labor laws.

As a trusted advisor to management, the Human Resources Manager provides guidance on people-related matters, drives employee engagement initiatives, and leads the Team Member Welfare Committee to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance retention, and support overall hotel performance.
