As a Human Resource Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, processing weekly payroll, and collaborating with multiple departments.
What you will do:
· Review timecards and processing weekly payroll.
· Interviewing potential candidates for all departments
· Coordinating background checks and drug screens
· Onboarding new employees in payroll system
· Assisting with worker’s compensation paperwork
· Maintaining personnel files
· Assist in managing PTO and vacation availability.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What we are looking for:
· Experience with payroll, overtime, shift schedules, and timekeeping systems
· Ability to assist with benefit enrollment and maintain accurate employee records.
· Strong proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
· Attention to detail is required.
· 3+ years experience in payroll or equivalent schooling
