In-Flight Agent

Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL CHAMPION:

- Prepare and set carts in accordance to the set quantity and orders.

- To check on the item expiry and condition prior to setting the cart.

- Perform closing count & opening for cart / SU physically and input it in the system.

- To check the cleanliness of the cart, drawer, SU and other related equipment before doing any setting.

- Safely transport In-Flight meals, beverages, and other necessary supplies from the catering facility to the aircraft and vice versa, includes load and unload activities.

- Coordinate with In-Flight Operations employees, other ground employees and crews to ensure timely deliveries of In-Flight supplies according to flight schedules.

- Assist the In-Flight Driver at the aircraft parking apron including marshalling when docking and withdrawal from aircraft and at warehouse loading bay.

- Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with ground employees includes crews.

- Ensure that all items delivered to the aircraft match the inventory list and meet the quality standards required for In-Flight service.

- Perform other duties & responsibilities from time to time as per instruction by the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.

- Experience working within airport environments or handling food and beverage transport is an advantage.

- Able to work on shift patterns including, overnight, weekends & public holidays.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

- Well-organized, meticulous, trustworthy, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
