By combining proven nuclear technology with innovative design and manufacturing approaches, we are helping to create a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
The Role
This is not a traditional Project Manager role. As an Integrated Project Team Lead, you will drive integration across multiple functions, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, risks and delivery priorities. - Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, ensuring alignment with programme milestones, resource requirements and business objectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, driving timely resolution across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions.
- Provide clear visibility of programme performance, including schedule, cost, resource demand and delivery readiness.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to build alignment, drive decisions and maintain delivery momentum.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading complex engineering, product development or New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes within a matrix organisation.
- Strong programme planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, cost management and risk management capability.
- The ability to influence, challenge and align stakeholders without direct line management authority.
- Experience gained within aerospace, defence, energy, advanced manufacturing or another highly regulated environment.
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, supported by excellent communication and leadership skills.
