You can join as an Intern - Data Science Modelling, supporting the GR&A Data Science team throughout the modelling lifecycle and working on well-defined tasks under the supervision of senior colleagues
In this role, you will:
- Support data preparation and analysis.
- Contribute to documentation and process mapping.
- Support the ideation, development and evaluation of statistical and machine learning models.
- Contribute to forecasting and decision-optimization activities.
- Present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Write clean, version-controlled code and documentation in a collaborative environment
About You
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Economics or another related quantitative field.
- You have solid foundations in statistics, probability theory and machine learning fundamentals.
- You have practical exposure to Python.
- You have a strong quantitative mindset and enjoy working with statistical, mathematical or modelling problems.
- You can identify what is essential in a complex subject and communicate it clearly and concisely.
- You have strong attention to detail and mathematical rigour.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and discussing your ideas with others.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
What We Offer
- Paid internship with a Civil Contract ( Umowa zlecenie ) for 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
- Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
- Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
- Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
- A friendly and stimulating atmosphere, with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions, while building a professional network.
- A modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.
