Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to handle customer orders, ensure timely processing within 60 minutes for next-day delivery, follow up on outstanding information, take orders over the phone, and keep customers updated on any delays. The ideal candidate is a fast worker with strong spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all orders are processed and replied to within 60 minutes to ensure they can be dispatched for next-day delivery
- Following up with customers for outstanding information
- Taking orders over the phone
- Keeping customers up to date with any delays
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Customer focused
- Strong communicator
- Fast worker
- Highly detail-oriented
- Able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Good spoken & written English
Nice-to-Have:
- Has some knowledge & experience with ironmongery/hardware
