Internship Data Analytics & Performance Management

- Participation in workshops
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on preparing, consolidating, and analyzing data from various sources
- Supporting the creation and further development of dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses
- Creating management reports and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Contributing to the development and optimization of key performance indicator systems and reporting standards
- Ensuring data quality and implementing improvement measures
- Supporting operational excellence initiatives through data analysis and recommendations for action
- Collaborating with business units to improve data, reporting, and analysis processes
- Contributing to the automation and standardization of reporting and control processes

Ihr Profil:

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.

- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a writtenProof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Degree in economics, industrial engineering, data analytics, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Initial experience with data analysis, key performance indicators, or reporting solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or comparable BI tools is desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
