About the role
Ihre Aufgaben
- Identifikation und Ansprache attraktiver Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten im Netzwerk aus Unternehmern, M&A-Beratern und Banken
- Analyse und Bewertung von Unternehmen sowie Steuerung der Due Diligence mit externen Beratern
- Strukturierung, Finanzierung und Verhandlung von Transaktionen bis zum Closing
- Erstellung der Investmentvorlagen und Präsentation im Investment Committee
- Begleitung der Beteiligungen nach dem Einstieg, Vertretung der Gesellschafterinteressen in Beiräten und Umsetzung von Add-on-Akquisitionen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Exits
Ihr Profil
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, unter anderem in Private Equity, in der Strategie- oder M&A-Abteilung eines Unternehmens, im M&A oder Investment Banking, in Transaction Services oder in der Strategieberatung
- Eigene Transaktionserfahrung und Sicherheit in Unternehmensbewertung, Financial Modelling und Transaktionsstrukturierung
- Denken aus Eigentümersicht und Urteilsvermögen bei Investitionsentscheidungen
- Gespür für Unternehmer und Geschäftsführer im Mittelstand sowie Verhandlungsstärke
