Assignment description
For our client we're looking for a IT cordinator.
Areas of responsibility
Site Setup, On-site Support, 2nd line support.
Main assignments
· Coordinate establishment of new offices or construction sites in their geographic area, including planning, order network (WAN/LAN), Printers, Office solutions contact suppliers, Installation and configuration.
· Full-time life cycle of sites and offices.
· Act as a resource in the Site Setup service.
· Maintain site information (CIs).
· Provide on-site support to the business in IT matters according to specified service processes. Contribute to support groups in specified services or systems.
· Coordinate service deliveries on the local site and act as super-user for specified services/components.
· Provide construction sites and local office support in the specified area.
· Provide advice and best practice to local business regarding specified services/components.
· Provide site-level and/or group-level support.
· Provide on-site support in the specified geographic area for Workplace, Network, Office solution, Telephony and End user services.
Act as 2nd line support for specified services (Incidents and request).
Must have:
3 years' experience from IT work within the technical and support area.
Have participated in one or more similar assignments.
Able to lead responsibility for limited tasks.
Is able to work mainly independently.
Swedish and English fluent
Driver's license and access to a private car
IT in General, ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow knowledge
