Salary:  The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Profile:  Currently enrolled Bachelor's student in their first degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Actuary, Engineering or related field.
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and December 2028.

About the role:
As an Information Technology Intern, you will support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of digital products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, analyze information, and help implement technology-based solutions that enhance business performance.

Some of your tasks will be:

- Support digital transformation projects by helping identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.

- Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of digital products and solutions.

- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and proposing practical solutions.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver project outcomes.

Job Qualifications

- Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas General Offices.

- Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028.

- Active college student of any business or engineering major.

- Strong English verbal and writing skills.

- Display strong leadership , teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.

- Real passion for building new solutions.

- Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility

- You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.​

Hard Skills:

- Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.

- Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or a similar language.

- Familiarity with data analysis, digital product development, or process improvement tools.

Soft Skills:

- Teamwork and collaboration.

- Leadership and ownership.

- Proactivity and initiative.

- Effective communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Previous experience with digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or technology-related academic projects.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management tools.
