Als Junior Teamleider Distributiecentrum ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van ons distributiecentrum voor grootgoed. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Met jouw leidinggevende kwaliteiten, probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor kwaliteit weet je samen met je team iedere dag het verschil te maken.

Wat ga je doen?
Operaties
Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het distributiecentrum, waaronder de ontvangst, verwerking, sortering, verzending, het laden en lossen en de overdracht van goederen.

Transport en leveringen coördineren: Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en transportpartners, volgt de voortgang van leveringen en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen tijdig en volgens afspraak worden verwerkt.
Problemen oplossen: Bij bijzonderheden, zoals beschadigde goederen, vertragingen of klantklachten, onderneem je direct actie en zorg je voor een passende oplossing.

Veiligheid en orde waarborgen: Je ziet toe op een veilige werkomgeving, correct gebruik van materieel en een overzichtelijke werkplek volgens de 5S-methodiek.
Resultaten verbeteren: Je bewaakt de operationele KPI's, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en optimaliseert werkprocessen om de productiviteit en leverefficiëntie continu te verhogen.

Samenwerken met het management: Je ondersteunt de vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse operationele aansturing en draagt actief bij aan een goed draaiend distributiecentrum.
