- Performs quality tests of SFG & FPR according to an agreed schedule
physico-chemical and organoleptic
- Take the samples and performs quality tests of RM according to an agreed schedule
physico-chemical and organoleptic
- Check required documentation for RM delivery & explain non-conformities ( if necessary contact with Supplier to organizing missing CoA )
- Realease RM for production, non-conformed RM blocked & start complaint procedure to Supplier
- Prepares testing reagents
- Performs calibration of testing equipment and cares for the equipment
- Monitors dates of third party checks and contact with external Services if there is a requirement to do the check
- Records and interprets obtained results in proper files / data base. Makes decision:

- Supervises the process regarding physico-chemical and organleptic parameters in case corrections are done.
- Archives samples of finished products
- Prepares the lab equipment for operations in case new devises are purchased (verification of the readings, checking deviations)
- Trains newcomers
- Develops / improves current methods of analyzis
- Validates physico-chemical analyzis methods
- Updates current physico-chemical instructions and develops new ones.
- Maintain testing equipment & reagents ensuring that all is maintaned to the appropriate standard
- Operates and monitors laboratory equipments in case of brakedowns contact with Services
- For Laboratory work continounity monitor storage level of reagents and materials neede to perform the tests
- Completes other tasks assigned by Direct Manager
- Takes decisions in a given area of responsibility, consults sticking points with Line Manager
