You get the work brought to life. Video, photo, motion, static, and everything in between. You take the creative ambition and turn it into a plan with a budget, a crew, a schedule, and a delivery date built for paid media.
This role suits someone equally comfortable producing a fast-turn performance ad variant on Tuesday and running a campaign shoot the rest of the week. You'll be the person who tells us early what's possible within budget and timeline, and then makes more of it possible than we expected.
What You'll Do
- Translate creative concepts and media briefs into actionable production plans, including the timelines, budgets, vendors, deliverables, and format specs by platform.
- Manage day-to-day production of all AV assets across paid advertising campaigns, spanning video, photo, and motion ad formats.
- Produce video and photo shoots end to end: pre-production, on-set execution, post, and final delivery.
- Own production for paid campaign creative at scale, keeping creative vision, production quality, and channel specs consistent across every variant and cutdown.
- Build and manage production budgets, and report clearly on spend against plan.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage production companies, directors, crew, studios, post houses, editors, photographers, retouchers, and voiceover talent.
- Coordinate logistics: crew, equipment, talent, locations, travel, wardrobe, props, hair and makeup, permits, and schedules.
- Manage talent bookings with Legal, including usage rights, buyouts, and renewals, plus music, footage, and image clearances — with attention to media running rights and flight windows.
- Own post-production workflow: edit, grade, sound, versioning, aspect-ratio and platform cutdowns, and delivery to media/trafficking teams.
- Make sure every production meets responsible gaming and advertising standards across US state-by-state gambling advertising regulations — talent age and eligibility requirements, how play is portrayed, required on-screen disclaimers, and state-specific restrictions.
- Improve production workflows, templates, and scalable processes for high-volume paid ad output across the creative team.
- Work with the media teams and platforms to ensure best practice is maintained in all paid social advertising.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years producing paid advertising, performance marketing content, or integrated ad campaigns.
- Experience managing productions from creative development through final delivery, including multi-variant output for paid media testing.
- Proven budget ownership on productions of meaningful scale.
- Practical knowledge of usage rights, talent contracts, music licensing, and media running-rights terms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple simultaneous productions, with tools like Airtable.
- Working knowledge of paid media platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, programmatic) and how they shape production and delivery requirements.
- Unflappable under pressure, and clear with people about what's achievable.
Bonus Points
- Sports, entertainment, gaming, or iGaming production experience.
- Familiarity with US gambling advertising compliance across multiple state jurisdictions.
- Experience working directly with media/performance marketing teams to inform creative testing and iteration.
Your First 90 Days
You'll take one paid campaign from brief to delivery, build our production budget and vendor templates, and show us what we could bring in-house.
Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires.
