Oversee the legal technology stack and coordinate with IT teams to ensure effective system performance and integration.
-
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and other business functions on cross-functional operational initiatives.
-
Translate legal team requirements into practical system configurations and continuously improve workflows based on user feedback and request trends.
-
Coordinate with the CIT and Atlassian teams for technical guidance, troubleshooting, integrations, and platform enhancements.
-
Maintain centralized repositories for contracts, templates, policies, and legal knowledge resources.
-
Support and improve the legal team's Confluence knowledge base, working with subject-matter experts to organize approved guidance and enable self-service and AI-assisted responses.
-
Lead and support legal operations projects from planning through implementation, including process improvement and change management.
-
Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that reduce manual workloads and improve productivity.
