Line Painter
Position Summary
Help create the courts where athletes train, compete, and succeed. As a Line Painter, you will work on exciting custom sports flooring projects for schools, universities, recreation centers, and professional facilities across the country. This hands-on role is responsible for measuring, laying out, taping, and painting athletic court lines with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every finished product meets customer specifications and Gerflor's quality standards.
Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Some overtime may be required based on company needs
Your Day-to-Day
- Measure, tape, and layout court markings according to specifications.
- Paint athletic court lines accurately and consistently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Safely move materials and finished products as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and workflow.
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Manufacturing, painting, flooring, or related experience preferred.
