Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

About the Role
Legacy Transportation is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Las Vegas team. You will support customer shipments by coordinating order details, communicating with customers and our internal operations team, and following through on time-sensitive requests. Our work includes trade show and high-value freight.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate customer orders and shipment details with the internal operations team.
• Communicate with customers about shipment status, schedule changes, and service needs.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with resolving routine shipment issues.
• Prepare customer quotes and help ensure shipment information is complete.
• Enter and update order information and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Balance multiple requests and deadlines while delivering responsive customer service.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of customer service, transportation, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work well with a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and learning new systems.
