Machine Operator Evenings

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a  Machine Operator -   at our  New Hope, MN  pasta production facility. We are offering a salary of $26.48 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.

- Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.

- Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.

- Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

- Able to respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely manner

- Able to work well with teammates and communicate with all employees with respect and courtesy

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

- Experience operating machines

- Experience in a food manufacturing facility

Physical Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

- Balance, stand, walk, perform simple grasping, and work in high heat/humidity for 12+ hours per shift

- Lift up to 34 pounds for 12+ hours per shift, and up to 50 pounds for 10+ hours per shift

- Bend, crouch, stoop, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, feel, and work in a dusty environment for 10+ hours per shift

- Kneel, sit, reach above shoulders, and climb/work off ladder for 6+ hours per shift

- Make fine distinctions in sound, distinguish objects and equipment visually, and express or exchange ideas by spoken or written word
